masters of the air

A few more shots from masters of the air.
during this i worked on the flight sections and air battles. one thing you will notice is the camera angles. we got asked to come up with immersive camera angles for these sections. so you will notice that your seeing the action out of turrets and windows. this was to make the viewer feel more connected. and i'm glad to say a lot of the shots we did made it in.
we had a massive amount of data to work with due to the flight logs. we knew, weather, if it was cloudy, patchy cloud, sun direction, and also the flight formations. One this thats not apparent in the show is that once these planes where up, that was it. you couldnt move out of formation . just one huge immovable convoy. and there where specific patterns they they flew.
